"HOW
DO I GET A TRANSCRIPT?"
I GRADUATED IN 2005 to 2008
Call 514-637-2505. One of the office personnel will be happy to help you. Please note that you will be charged ten dollars for an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. This means we stamp it with the school seal, and mail it for you to the address you supply. Please have the address ready for her when you call. You cannot pick it up, or mail it for us.
The office staff will make
every
effort to mail your transcript within 24 hours of receiving your
payment.
If you just wish an
unofficial copy
for your
transcripts, you will be charged 25 cents if you
pick it up.
I GRADUATED FROM 1998 TO 2005.
The files have been removed from the school and are now stored at the Board Office. Please call 514-422-3000 - "0", and ask for the RECORDS ARCHIVE.
I GRADUATED BEFORE 1998.
Any student files from before 1998 are stored at the English Montreal School Board. For these, just call and ask for Archives at 514-483-7200.
