Lakeside has a place for all volunteers who have a heart for our kids. The invaluable hours that volunteers contribute to Lakeside permit programs which serve the school community - from Governing Board to the Parent Participation Organization to the Home & School Association.
Parents, grandparents, former students and members
of the community are also invited to help in the Library and in the Book Repair
Club. Parents may drive students to and from school events such as school sports
events. Interested persons should call the school office for more information or
complete the orange Parent Volunteer Registration in the centre of Parent
Handbook.
Parents and guardians are invited to the school on other special occasions.
These include Parent/Teacher Interviews, Information Assemblies, Variety Shows,
Plays, Band Concerts, Awards Night and Families Count Events.
