Quebec Government Loans & Bursary Program

• is available to students who are Quebec residents, to help offset the expenses incurred through the pursuit of  post-secondary education;  
• applies to students who will attend vocational school, CEGEP or university on a full time basis, in an educational institution recognized by the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement Supérieur; 
• determines the amount of financial aid based upon the family income;
• Students must apply by May 1, 2019 for funds to be available by September 2019 (tuition fees).
